I’d been looking around for these stools and ended up finding them cheaper here than on a few other sites I usually check. Checkout was straightforward too. I’ve bought similar stools in the past for more money, so this felt like a solid deal. Not absolutely perfect, but for the price, I’d shop here again...

I was kind of dreading the delivery because I hate feeling trapped at home waiting around with no idea when someone will show up. But they called ahead and were actually really easy to work with around my schedule, which made the whole thing way less stressful.

I had a few questions while looking for stools, and the staff really knew what they were talking about. They explained everything clearly without making it feel complicated. Compared to a couple of other stores I checked out, this place made the whole process way easier and less stressful

We bought a couple of stools from seatsandstools.com for our kitchen, and they’ve been getting used nonstop for months now. The kids climb all over them, we drag them around more than we probably should, and they’re still solid with no wobbling or loose parts. The finish has held up really well too, which is more than I can say for some other stools we’ve tried that clearly weren’t built as advertised. Overall, I’m happy with them.

I assumed it might be a little too big at first, but it ended up being the perfect size for my counter. Fits just right and looks great.

I ordered a couple of stools and, i didn’t fully trust the lead time at first. I’ve had enough orders lately where the dates kept slipping that my confidence in estimated shipping windows has definitely been worn down.
But this one showed up exactly when they said it would, which was a nice surprise. Everything arrived on the day I had planned around, no chasing updates or dealing with excuses, so it ended up being a simple and stress-free order.

But once it finally got sorted, I felt relieved because the refund did come through. It wasn’t a bad experience overall, just a bit more back and forth than I was hoping for. Could definitely be smoother.

The stools came with all the parts, and the instructions were mostly easy to follow. It took me around 25 minutes to put them together. One screw was kind of frustrating to deal with, but overall the assembly wasn’t too bad. That said, I did feel a little misled because I expected the whole process to be smoother based on the description.

I’ve been using this every day for about two weeks now, mostly in the corner of my room where the floor is slightly uneven, and it still feels really stable. No wobbling or weird shifting so far, which is what I was most worried about.

For a few days it just sat on “label created,” so I had no idea if the order had actually shipped or was just sitting somewhere. When I reached out, the response kind of made me feel talked down to, like I just didn’t understand how shipping works, which was frustrating.
The stools did show up in the end and the delivery itself was fine, so it wasn’t a terrible experience. I just wish the tracking had been clearer and the communication felt a little more respectful. Overall, not bad, but definitely room for improvement.

I really liked being able to customize my stools and pick out this and that to get them how I wanted. The only thing was checkout took me a bit to figure out, and I wish that part had been a little clearer

My ordering experience was fine overall, but I do think the communication could’ve been clearer. I had to follow up twice just to get an update on the delivery, and when they replied, it felt a little short to me. They did get back to me in the end, so I wouldn’t say it was a bad experience, just average from my side.

I ordered two of these stools, and the color was close to what was shown in the pictures. It might be just a little darker in person, but it still looks good with the rest of this stuff in my kitchen.

I had a problem with one of the stools and their warranty team handled it really quickly. I’ve dealt with other companies in the past where it turned into a whole back-and-forth, but this was nothing like that. They just asked for a few photos and then sent over what I needed. Overall, I’m happy with the experience.

I can’t even remember if this showed up earlier than I expected or if I just lost track of the delivery date, but either way it arrived safe. The packaging was way better than I thought it would be, really sturdy and secure.
